Without a doubt I would be more than happy to facilitate the distribution among the fans any and all material you can offer. The CD trees we've run on this site have worked extremely well...and the current one already has close to a hundred participants (growing daily).
On the subject of the extra AFM that you've found...I have received a few (less than 5) emails from people who, for whatever reason, sent in their checks but didn't get a copy. I can give you those people's email addresses if you'd like.
And just to answer your last question as to where I got a copy of the pre-BS demos. I got it from a fellow fan from New Hampshire who got it from someone who got it from someone...etc. So I'm not sure as to it's route from the tape machine to my hands. Want a copy?
