A few messages here (specifically one from David himself) indicate that there are still several copies of AFM to be had. Has there been any ordering info given on these? Are they still available? I would LOVE to own a copy. I'm having one burned via the copying network, but it's nothing like having the original available to pour over the liner notes, etc.
If anyone knows how to get a hold of a copy, I would greatly appreciate it.
