I'm sure many say the same thing...but then if you enjoy a certain aspect of one artists work then it's sometimes nice to find other artists and albums that would relate to that.

Whether you've heard of the artists or not there is a continuing narrative that starts with Bruce Cockburn's `World Of Wonders`, Jackson Browne picks it up in 1989 with `World In Motion` and David Baerwald brings it up to date with `Triage`.

I did hear a quote via Branford Marsalis that said if you want to learn about history, don't read history book because historians are liars. Instead, you should find songs and music from the time. Those albums seem to nail a lot of what happened politically and socially between 1984-1994.
