Jeff won the auction with a bid of $86. He has already contacted me about sending the video my way as soon as possible. When I get it, I'll know more about exactly how we'll distribute it. A couple of ideas come to mind. One, I could convert the video into a media file on a CD that could be played on a computer. This would make actually distributing the video MUCH easier as we could treat this just as we've done the CDR trees in the past. Also, because the video would be in the digital realm, we wouldn't have to worry about signal loss from multiple copying. Of course, on the downside, everyone might not have a powerful enough computer to view the file properly. Or maybe they just don't want to view the video on their computer screen.
The other option would involve making VHS copies. I haven't checked on prices for such a thing, but maybe this option would make more sense. One thing I can see as a problem with this is different standards of video (PAL, NTSC, etc). But the huge upside is that most everyone has a VCR.

Getting back to Jeff for a moment. He pretty much represented us in getting this video. Over the past few days some people have suggested kicking in some money for Jeff. If you're so inclined, donations can be sent to -

But the good news is that the Triage video is no longer a mystery.
