When I purchase sealed copies of cds, I don't check to make sure some record company has their logo affixed to it. I go see acts all the time that have released their own stuff and it sure as hell doesn't have SONY stamped on it.
Again, I do not sell copies I burned and have never listed something for sale that I didn't think was legitimate.
The person I acquired the cds from claimed to be a friend of the Progfest organizer. I had, and in fact still do not have a reason to think it is not a legitimate release.
I am glad that you reminded me of kevingilbert.com. I will contact them and see what they have to say. If they say it's a bootleg then I will give them a copy to make available to all the fans.
