My point is, after all of the evidence and trials are held is the time to be discussing punishment, not before.  After that, then those involved deserve whatever they get.  And personally, if people like you would like to see a day and age in America where people are taken down dark alleys and a bullet put in their heads by the government we are all in trouble.
