Interesting article that doesn't really tell you much. This "No Fly List" seems to be an idea that was thrown together too quickly and there are obvious problems with enforcement and information gathering with regards to it. From what's is presented in the article it would seem John Magaw and his boys probably compiled a list of organizations that they felt may harbour individuals that pose a possible threat and dumped the names of all the members onto the list. Do you think everyone that's a member of the NRA is on the list? Probably any organization that has ever staged some sort of protest has all it's members listed. Think they have everyone from Greenpeace on the list? I find this to be a rather ridiculous and in truth somewhat lazy way of "intelligence" gathering. This is the best they can do?
