: of the American Prospect, can easily be viewed via a google search of "Robert Kuttner minimum wage". Then, click on the second item listed as "tap". Seems to contradict Joan Nagy. By the way, Joan, do you actually listen to David Baerwald's music or do you simply use such message boards for your rants about liberals. Lord knows, liberals have their faults, but thankfully it was the liberals who championed civil rights, gay rights, separation of church and state, etc. Oh, and for the record, when the US Senate voted on minimum wage legislation in 1996, an increase was passed 74 to 24. Must have been all those bleeding heart Republicans that made the difference.
