"Silver or Lead" is not on any DB album; yet. There was a post from Pat awhile back saying DB was taking the band into the studio to record it. Where it will end up is anyone's guess at this point.
As far as getting an original copy of AFM; good luck. You may want to keep an eye on ebay as copies have turned up in the past. But expect to pay A LOT for it.
