A few of us here are interested in gaining exposure for David's new release.
Why? Well for one reason it will help insure that another release will follow.
There are a lot of ways you can help ( or not ) but Amazon and/or CDnow equal a lot bang for the buck as far as how many people may see it.
I don't work for Amazon either but I will say that for a company that doesn't make money I have always received first rate service and good prices from them. ( good selection too)
A good review at Amazon or anywhere else may just get someone off the fence and into the NFU.
I also like to support the independant record stores as well.
The fact is, it is good for a demand to be in place at all of these sources.
Why would a record label bother to have wide distribution if everyone bought it direct from them?
For me it is a way of saying thanks to David for jumping back into the studio and to Lost Highway for having a little faith.
If you aren't interested in being helpful, that's fine but you don't have to attack those who are trying.
