This is where I believe our problems lie; we don't have as much time as we did when we were young(er). I used to spend a lot of time listening to the radio, listening to new music at friends houses, going to my local music store and going to concerts for less than $10. This is where I "found" my favorite music. But now all that free time is gone. So what do we have left? The old war horses of our youth; The Who, Stones, Springsteen, YES (for Kent!) ect. We know what we're getting. They're risk free. We don't have the time or the money to take chances on new music anymore.
Alas, we've become our parents.
