Then there's the dustup with Mick. I was hoping against hope that the US would not make the awful mistake of re-electing Donald Trump. I did not believe Trump would be better for Palestine but at least we would see his cruel mob for what they are - naked unadorned greedy fascists which at least the sane world can mobilise against. With Biden if he had distanced himself from Netanyahu I think he would have both avoided becoming a genocidal murderer accomplice to Trump's bestie Netanyahu and he would have had offered some separation in the choices for a lot of people. Biden looked like he thought he could run with the hare and chase with the hounds and he fucked it up royally. That was my opinion. he blew it up for everyone by aligning himself with extra-judicial killings that Trump will accelerate in due course.

I prefer my fascists to be out in the open and not skulking so I can adjust. Now that they are we can deal with it. It was coming anyway so bring it on was my pragmatic stance.
