The always thoughtful and thoroughly decent Atlantic writer, Jonathan Rauch, after avoiding the "f" word for years, finally conceded that Trump has left authoritarianism behind and fully embraced fascism. His recent piece in The Atlantic has gone viral, and rightly so.

Last Friday, Rauch was interviewed by Andrew Sullivan for Sullivan's Dishcast. As a subscriber, I heard the entire 90 minutes. It was excellent and comprehensive as he and Andrew did deep dives into all of the various aspects of Trumpian fascism. Andrew has the first 36 minutes available to non-subscribers and it's worth lending an ear though not a substitute for the full conversation.
