🏆 How to Play: The Prediction Challenge

Predict the final path of the tournament and see how your music instincts stack up against the rest of the community!

1. The Build

The game is broken down into three quick steps:

• Step 1: The Final Four – Select the 4 songs from the Symphonic 16 that you believe will survive their matchups and reach the Semi-Finals.

• Step 2: The Duelists – From your chosen four, pick the two songs you think will win their Semi-Final matches to face off in the Grand Final.

• Step 3: The Champion – Crowning time. Pick the one track to rule them all.

2. The Tie-Breaker

Before you lock in, you’ll need to guess the Total Votes that will be cast in the Grand Final match. If players are tied on points at the end of the tournament, the person closest to this number takes the crown!

3. Scoring & Strategy

Your points are calculated dynamically as the real-world tournament progresses:

• Final Four Pick: 10 Points per correct song.

• Finalist Pick: 20 Points per correct song.

• Champion Pick: 40 Points for the correct winner.

Pro Tip: Keep an eye on the Leaderboard. The "Green Dots" show who still has "In Play" songs. If your dots turn grey, you can no longer earn points for that round—but you keep everything you’ve earned so far!

4. Locking In

Once you hit "Lock in Predictions," your bracket is set. You can reset and change your mind as often as you like until the first match of the Ultimate Octave begins. After that, the gates are closed!
