NOTE: Very strong language below!
Here's a different view of the senator, from retired Capitol Police officer Michael Fanone:
"Lindsey Graham is dead. I will always remember my first and only encounter with him when he looked the grieving mother of a dead police officer in the face and barked that he wasn't going to listen to her blame Trump for January 6th. When I showed him my body cam footage from that day he turned away and looked at his phone. Rest in Piss you fucking worthless scumbag. If there is a hell I hope you're in it."
Peter the T.
PS: The LG I will remember is the one who initially, and admirably, criticized Trump in the harshest possible terms: ("race-baiting", "xenophobic", "religious bigot", etc.), and then turned on a dime, sucking up to dear leader with nauseating displays of obsequious groveling, flattery, and submissiveness! Before offering praise or criticism of any politician, it's a reasonable exercise to do a bit of moral calculus by examining the body count resulting from the positions said politician took. Cut USAID, reduce medicaid funding, shutdown promising, life-saving, medical research, etc.? Michael Fanone was on to something!
