Yeah Kent, I like "Altered States" too. That would sort of complete the Chayefsky trilogy on DVD. I do have all three. Funny thing is while we liked the the film, it's a great story so packed with ideas it's hard to keep track of them all, ol' Paddy hated the movie from what I understand. This was because the director, Russell I think, had the actors deliver all the dialoge in a rapid fire delivery that Paddy thought was ridiculous...and he felt it ruined it. Watch the movie again and pay attention to how fast everyone says everything...it's sort of funny. That's the story I heard anyway.

Oh, and I think all three of these films are bargin priced on DVD..."The Hospital" was only $9.99.
