Peacefully protesting does not make someone a terrorist.

They have the right to protest, I believe they are prohibited from accosting people entering our blocking the entrance. Personally, I absolutely support their right to protest.
Or unless they are Christians protesting for thier right to free speech.
Again, of course they can and do, nobody was arrested or pepper sprayed while protesting the removal of the commandments monument,

I find it ironic that the ACLU was silent when the Reno Justice Dept. confiscated the library records of all the Oklahoma City bombing suspects, but they see to have seen the light now, haven't they?
I don't know much about this, but I'm guessing they obtained warrants prior and the proceedings are available in some public form (I could be wrong) I've heard of the ACLU supporting civil liberties on many sides of issues and to many extremes. If you are discussing hypocrisy, let's talk about the hypocisy from everywhere not just the side you are ideologically opposed to . . .
