Exploiting cheap immigrant labor is the American way. It built our railroads, harvested our crops, and industrialized our factories. They are all filling roles that no one else wants, and working very hard for very low wages.

Don't single out big corporations for using illegal labor - it seems as though everyone that thinks they can get away with it is trying. Look at all the individuals employing gardeners and housekeepers that are undocumented aliens. Add in the small businesses like restaurants that have green cardless busboys and dishwashers working for them.

Even when a foreigner is here working legally, they are being taken advantage of. The federal government pulls SSI from their pay - requiring them to invest in the social security system even though as non-citizens they can not ever tap into it. Talk about criminal.
