yeah, this is simply rediculous. What a waste of taxpayers money not to mention the intrusion on Mr. Chong's life. I gave that stuff up years ago but I think we have more important things to do with those prison cells. I'll try to refrain from mentioning a few top government officials that should be in there instead.

But then again, there are good jobs to be had in prison if it's a private, for profit facility.
