Dear Reg,

Democratic attacks on President Bush have reached a new low in the form of false accusations and innuendo about the President's honorable service in the National Guard.

First, activist Michael Moore called President Bush a "deserter."  Then, former Democratic Senator Max Cleland said President Bush "didn't even complete his tour."

Finally, this past Sunday, Democratic National Committee Chairman Terry McAuliffe, accused the President of being AWOL, describing the President's service in the National Guard by saying, "George Bush never served in our military in our country."

These are the kinds of vicious, personal attacks we can expect to face as the Democrats try anything to defeat President Bush.  Don't let them succeed.  Please donate today - $100, $75, $50, $25, even just $5 will help us answer these shameful attacks and tell America the truth - that President Bush is an honorable man working to make our country safer and stronger both at home and abroad:

Sadly, none of the Democratic Presidential candidates, including John Kerry, will repudiate these slanderous attacks against our President.

"I don't even know what the facts are," Kerry said yesterday.

However, a man seeking the presidency has an obligation to get the facts straight before he sends his surrogates out to slander the Commander-in-Chief.   Don't let the Democrats get away with these false accusations against President Bush.

The facts are simple:  President Bush served honorably in the National Guard and he was honorably discharged.  Today, he serves as our Commander-in-Chief.  Peter Jennings called the accusation by Michael Moore, "a reckless charge, not supported by the facts," and the Annenberg Center at the University of Pennsylvania has said that the charges are unfounded.

Thank you for your continued support.  We're counting on you to help re-elect President Bush this November.

Sincerely,

Ok does anybody care what Michael Moore says and does anyone believe he even belongs in the discussion?

Second they attack Kerry about "not knowing the facts" about Bush's National Guard service...a topic which is not relevant to anything and why would Kerry bother with finding out about this guys service in the National Guard? So, he can defend Bush? I'd say it's Bush that needs to defend himself...Kerry doesn't have to defend him. Bush has Karl Rove and his band of toadies to get out there and spread misinformation...why would Kerry be part of that? This thing is hilarious.

If they want to attack somebody about getting the facts straight how about Bush getting his damn facts straight on the war in Iraq, WMD's, education...No Child Left Behind=All children left behind, creating jobs, giving all illegal immigrants a free pass, attacking the Constitution with frivolity about marriage, creating dumb legislation to promote marriage, spending like a drunken sailor, destroying our economy, sneaking judges in to get around congress, his off the wall Education Secretary calling a teachers union terrorists while we are supposedly at "war on terror", and on and on and on and on...crazy stuff.  Plus even though Kerry has nothing to do with what ol' Terry or Mr. Moore says the idiot writning this letter trys to lay what these people say at Kerry's feet...like he sent them out to do it and controls them...laughable! What's wrong with these boobs!
