My, let's see what the latest is in Dubya's deals in trying to get a second term. First he creates a phoney battle over "gay marriage" to entice more religious conservative voters to vote for him in 2004. Think of how craven this is. The man stands up and says he is against "gay marriage" but for "civil unions." So far all of the major candiates have said the SAME thing. So why is this issue suddenly getting news other than for Dubya's pure political gain.

Then, even worse, Dubya signs off on a secret deal that allows for the pardon of the scientist in Pakistan who sold nuclear weapon secrets to anyone who was willing to pay for them. Part of this deal is to get Pakistan to let US forces in to find bin Laden. Don't get me wrong, bin Laden is ours, but what ever happened to Dubya's bravado of going where we need to go. Has Dubya ever heard of Pyrrhus before? How can anyone not be outraged over the deals being made like this?

And where is the Right when it comes to the pardon of this scientist? I seem to recall the Right going after Clinton big time for supposedly giving secrets to China.....
