My wife read an article I had left on the table about how one of the early Bush commercials told outright lies about a nonexistent $900 million tax increase Kerry would supposedly put in place as soon as he was elected, that he would weaken the Patriot act and that he was weak on defense...then she asked me "How can they lie like that?"
All I could do was shrug and say "It's what they're good at and I guess they figure if you're good at something you should stick with it."
I'm already tired of this election process and we just got started. It does appear that Bushco is all about "lie, cheat, and steal" to get it done.
