This is just the first line of the article....thought I'd get the ball rolling.
WASHINGTON (AP) - The Clinton and Bush administrations' failure to pursue military action against al-Qaida operatives allowed the Sept. 11 terrorists to elude capture despite warning signs years before the attacks, a federal panel said Tuesday.
Ha! So both sides are to blame (if you're looking at this from a party point of view.) So, now that both the GOP and the Democrats have blood on their hands, according to the initial reports, what shall we as a big ol group of losers do about this?
