Dan:

I would think that a good way to go about this is to do what they did to get FREAKS AND GEEKS onto DVD. The superfans got together privately, and each kicked in a certain amount of money, and used that pooled money to launch the project. They did this to buy a full page ad in Variety, and also to keep the show's website alive some four years after the show's cancellation.

Obviously, when it comes to DB, I believe that I have already proven that I am one of his "superfans." As such, have any arrangements been made to have some or all of these autographed? And, if THAT were going to happen, I would like to see Jeff sign these as well.

You could also open up a David baerwald "store" on Amazon.com, that is another idea of how to market these DVD's.

If the twenty or so "superfans" who are members of the DBIS, all kicked in a couple hundred dollars each, we should have all the money we need.

NOTE: By "superfans," I am referring to the most regular posters here at the DBIS.
