Block:I think what this is referring to is Hillary being a White House
official in her duties as First Lady. The law does not mention this,
because a woman President was not thought of in that day.But, there are specific term-limits --- and this might also have
something to do with Bill becoming FIRST LADY. His serving in any
White House capacity might be the deal breaker. But, they could
