Thank you and there are wasps flying about and the lizards and birds take their toll. The vine has almost totally come back as the rains have finally returned. We are getting our daily afternoon downpour. What is peculiar to me is that the plant seemed to grow from the dead ends and then gradually filled in back toward the base of the plant. But that is probably more of an illusion as the rebirth as it were has happend very rapidly. The butterfllies have already laid eggs and there are little caterpillars crawling around on it. Have you seen in your reading anything about territorial butterflies? These swallowtails seem to run off other butterflies. But then again that just might be my imagination. Thanks again!
