I know Kerry needed to make a good impression, and try to appeal to all, but, really, I thought his speech was sooo stiff and calculated.   All full of God, the Flag, Mom and Apple Pie.  His arm movements were so cued, I was sure he was reading from a script to tell him when to lift them...kinda like he was in a High School play.   If they had put George Bush's voice and face up there saying the same thing, I would not have been able to tell the difference.  Same rhetoric.  Again, I know it was done that way for appearances, but really...I was very disappointed. 

Anybody else...your thoughts?
