I had read somewhere that he was going to be involved but nothing since.  Can't recall where it was though.

As far as Young and Reagan, he mainly had a fondness for Reagan for Reagan's mythical professed libertarian streak.  In interviews since Young has expressed how his views have since tempered toward his fondness of Reagan.

BTW, "Shakey", a biography of Young is an excellent read.
