That's a nice job of connecting the dots, Reg.  I'm sure the fine folks at moveon.org put in many overtime hours to bring us that information.  So what...you don't suppose George Soros has a few connections going back years and years and friends of maybe 1 or 2 degrees of separation in such a tight knit little community that a similar good ole boy network couldn't be made of the democrats?  Don't kid yourself.

Oh, and about that glowing report about Kerry during his time in Vietnam...don't be so gullible.  Who do you suppose wrote that report?  If you guessed Kerry, you'd most likely be right.  Do you think his C.O. was there to watch Kerry in action?  Of course not.  Kerry told him what he wanted his fitness report to say.  That's really not much of a stretch to come to that conclusion, Reg.

You have to remember that since he was a young boy, Kerry has attempted to walk in the shoes of John F. Kennedy.  Here's a photo of Kerry as a young man on Kennedy's Yacht.  Click here.  The whole Swift Boat thing was an attempt to imitate Kennedy's PT109 days...that's why he requested the assignment.  I was watching some program tonight and they were showing footage of Kerry with his M16 slung over his shoulder in Vietnam.  Of course the footage was from Kerry's own private collection which he no doubt had some enlisted man take of him for this very time in his life.  It's all so contrived and sickening to watch...more so because people like you and many others on this board are falling for it.

So does Kerry refer to himself as a war hero?  Most heroes I've ever seen shy away from the label and attempt to minimize whatever it was they did to deserve the label.  Not John.

Maybe it's a good thing that Kerry is finally faced with the facts of his Vietnam days.  He did it to himself so I have no pity for him.  He should have left well enough alone but now he's about to be exposed for the fraud he is...not only from his Vietnam days but the rest of his adult life.  Let's begin to focus on his 20 years in the senate.  I get the impression he's not too excited to talk about that.

Be careful not to let your head get too big in thinking that you're somehow this very astute, discerning fellow because after all, you're the one who was sold the notion that it's fine to take a baby moments from birth and kill it in the womb because the mother would rather see it dead than in the arms of an adoptive family.  I know you don't like it when I remind you of that but it does define who you are.  You have to own that until you decide to separate yourself from acceptance of it...and occasionally I'll remind you about it.

Hope you're able to find an internet café and continue this discussion...and even though I wholeheartedly disagree with most of what you say...I do hope you're enjoying your vacation.
