God Bless The USA by Lee Greenwood. For so many reasons: It's badly written; it invokes God and country (when will we realize that this is the most lethal combination); and Greenwood himself is a fucking shill for the Republican party. And the fact that they play this turd of a song at my daughter's school (just after the pledge). Whenever I hear it I think why don't they play Born In The USA and This Land Is Your Land to present a realistic portrait of the country (the good, the bad, and the ugly). Damn, I'd like to slap Lee Greenwood upside the head.
