that those you posted are liars, rather than me saying all conservatives are liars?
As I've said before, there are many conservatives out there that I find credible, as some conservative sources.
FauxNews' NewsWatch is very well done. Jim Pinkerton, a conservative, is very good and fair.
Another one I am growing to like is Joe Scarborough, except when he gets in his rabid partisan mode. Last night he had Steve Earle on and his reaction to Steve Earle was amazing. He lauded him with compliments and was very courteous to him as well. I could not believe it. He sang his song "Rich Man's War" and Scarborough HELD the mic for him and said it was a very powerful song and right up there with John Fogerty's "Fortunate Song."
I like Cal Thomas at many times. Again, though, he loses me when he gets into the blind partisan mode.
Tucker Carlson even has his moments (and one time explained what it means to be a partisan (go along with the party line no matter what) versus that of partial to one party. He has a good piece in the new Esquire.
Pat Buchanan even has his moments of candor and honesty, as does Bill Kristol.
(And to be honest, I think credibility problems arise for most pundits start when they are pushing their own side).
John McLaughlin of PBS's show showed amazing candor last week when he jumped on his fellow conservatives for not seeing the Swiftboat people for what they are and for splicing Kerry's words in a terrible fashion.
Rolling Stone did a good piece on O'Lielly - I'd suggest you read it Dale. It wasn't a pure hatchet job, but showed some insight to how his shows are created and produced. But of course I doubt you will, just because Rolling Stone is some "liberal" rag....
Now, can you be just as kind to any liberals out there?...................
