This is a documentary on children exposed to radiation after the Chernobyl meltdown.  The title is derived from defect holes in the heart of children those exposed to from the Chernobyl radiation fall out. 

It is being shown on HBO and is one of the most powerful things I have ever seen.  The kids break your heart.  It is not for the squeamish either, but it will move you. 

One doctor that is interviewed says he has a very difficult time dealing with the thanks of parents because heart surgery is what he does and for the repairs he does, it should not seem like a miracle, though in Russia it seems to be one.  Out of the many with this defect not many will get it.
