His excuse?  He wasn't made aware of the weaknesses or these reports!  Probably because Cheney excluded all of any sort of dissenting information.  This is bullshit! 

Now if the media were so liberal, why the hell isn't this report being carried by out all over the airwaves and presses?!?

All of this information was available to anyone who carefully sifted through the idiocy of terrible reporting and was willing to read other outlets of information instead of just reading US government supplied data. 

This is truly disgusting.  From a person who works in bureaucracy everyday, if this government really wanted to get information out to the American people, Congress would draft a true Whistleblower Protection Act.
