The drugs are legal, and safe; same testing as here etc...Lee you are correct about R and D costs, but I think the drug companies more than recoup their investments, and seem to be "greedy".  Sorry, but that's the way I see it. 

For drugs that are not date dependent (like antibiotics), Mexico is the real deal.  Cheaper than anywhere else, also legal to bring back, but I wouldn't trust the quality as much.  I'd feel totally safe with Canadian pharmaceuticals.  Remember, there are no independent Canadian pharmaceutical companies anymore.  They majority are American owned or Swiss etc.
