Ketchup. Hmm very interesting. The Heinz ketchup consumed in Canada, I believe is indeed made in Canada. And, in Quebec at least it tastes totally different than the same Heinz Ketchup here. It is sweeter, being modified for Quebec markets. My son loves it, having enjoyed it on great Quebec Patate Frites complete with vinegar (the white stuff, not the wine vinegar). In fact, many food products sold in both US and Canada are apparently modified for Quebec.
