Thanks for asking.  Yes...the DVD is still in progress.  More or less - I could have this done at a weekends notice and have something available.  BUT...and here's the holdup....I've been holding out for the final two videos from the Boomtown era - namely Swallowed and Ain't So Easy.  Both of these videos were shot and both exist in the "archives" at MTV/VH1.  So...they're out there.  (sad footnote - Andrea sent me a copy of Swallowed and it was stolen from my doorstep...).  But everything else is there - WttB, Dance, All for You, and the Triage short and DB's performance on Arsinio.  And it's ready to roll.

So once again my plea to anyone out there who might know someone who knows someone who might have access to the MTV/VH1 archives - any way of getting a copy?  Also, I got some email from someone who was involved in the production of the Triage short (which is really great) and he mentioned that he might be able to get me a better copy (my copy was not in stereo - it does look good, though).  After our initial emails, I haven't heard from him again.  Maybe I should email him - or better yet - have someone email him who might have a little more influence.....

Now, Pat asked about which DVD you were referring to because I'm also readying a DVD of one (or two) of DB's shows from this past year's tour.  The video was shot by DaveTV (at least that's what I call him) and he was generous enough to give Pat a copy (and I doubt he's bumming around because DB hasn't explicitly thanked him for it either).

So that's the state of the DVD plans.

Anyone have anything to add?  Anyone sitting on any other DB video material for inclusion?
