I can't see home prices continuing to rise much. Our modest 3 bedroom Cape is pushing $275,000 (granted, I'm less than an hour from Boston) but that's due to the low interest rates owing to the lackluster economy. If the economy really picks up, I see interest rates rising and home prices falling. I envy your skill in the trades, James, as I'm all thumbs! In fact, it's amazing that I type so well.
