Unfortunately the lawsuits are already in full gear here in FL. The election office is blaming the post office for losing 6,000 or so absentee ballots. So the election office fed exed ballots and are hoping the recipients will be able to get them back by 7pm on Tuesday. People haven't gotten their registration cards so one doesn't have to have your card to vote and the pollsters will go check via computer to see if one is registered, then if they can't find it that way will call the election office, and if that still isn't fruitful the vote will be a provisional one which will make voting take that much longer so the polls will probably have to be kept open later, if that is possible, which will also mean court filings. Meanwhile the election office is having phone problems. ACORN is already being sued for purportedly not turning in masses of voter registrations. Its a mess for all concerned.
