again, Saddam wasn't being left to his own devises, fully two-thirds of Iraq were under the virtual control of US led forces, we owned the skies, Hussein was not allowed near the Kurds, we had inspectors in country, we were slowly squeezing the life out of his murderous regime with minimal loss of life for all parties concerned and no insurgent movement.
