I agree Dan but I would hope the AG's from all 11 states would've had the foresight not to allow any amendment to appear on any ballot if such an amendment was flawed in the eyes of the constitution.

All I'm saying is middle America is sick of the  appearance of special interest groups trying to further their agenda through the courts and sympathetic judges.
