Is it a Fixed Game in an open society(sic) when the politicians knowingly permit voting machines to be put into place that they know beforehand can be easily manipulated, and cannot be double checked for accuracy after the vote has taken place?I think it is fixed for as long as the populace doesn't do anything about it. I feel that it is in the best interest of all of the parties to demand that there is a paper trail.
