Difficult to know what to recommend - I like most of it. There is a 2 CD collection of digitally remastered Split Enz songs (39 tracks) entitled "Spellbound" - it has all their hits plus quite a few more obscure tracks. I think this came as a DVD/video also - they were quite weird and wacky for the time...
I have several Tim Finn solo CD's - my favourite would be "Before & After" from 1993. Some of his later works were a bit rambly for me. Tim Finn's voice is not as strong as Neil's but has a fragility that works well in Split Enz songs such as "I hope I never", which usually brings a tear to my eye...
I also have some Neil Finn solo CD's - the favourite being "One Nil" from 2001. This guy knows how to write the most beautiful melodies and has a sublime voice. His solo work is very much like Crowded House - I have every CD they ever made! Start with the best of "Recurring Dream" to get a taste, but all of the individual albums have plenty to offer.
As to collaborations between the brothers - there are 2. The first was simply entitled "Finn" (1995) - not one of my favourites. By contrast, I love the recent release "Everyone is here".
I also have an orchestral collaboration entitled "Enzso", which features Split Enz playing with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra (NZSO) - a different take on some well-known songs.
