Frankly, I just wish these "compassionate conservatives" would just come out and say that they hate everyone unlike them and quit trying to sell them selves as caring and compassionate.

It seems to me that one goal would be to try and bring felons back into the community to prevent recidivism, but I guess people like Pat are just not in a forgiving mood.

Please, someone tell me, just what the hell are white males like Pat and his fellow "compassionate conservatives" so angry about? Why do so many of them appear to relish keeping their feet on the throats of others?
