They're everywhere on the radio because they're sucessful. They all have huge audiences and therefore generate huge amounts of revenue. Ask yourself why that is? Why do O'Reilly, Hannity, Rush and Ingraham have such large audiences? Why does Franken and Air America have tiny audiences? The majority of Americans seem to agree with, and relate to, conservatives rather than liberals. What else can it be? (Coulter said it's because conservatives, unlike most liberals, actually have jobs and they listen to these shows when they're driving home from work. I thought that was funny.)
