It's true here too Kathyrn.As far as I can tell the only rascist part of the joke is the notion that
Leroy is a black name, when in fact Leroy/Leeroi is a common
white southern or french canadian name.I can assure you that more American white women abuse the
system than black women. I believe that is also true on a per
capita basis.
