Hey boys Thanks. Having spent the last 4-5 days wandering around the Scottish Borders and Hadrian's Wall I've come back a bit re-invented

(hey fuck you Brad!!!..oops sorry...I have really...) can I add a few items of my own...

Item 1...having had dinner with family in a lovely Italian restaurant last night in Hexham (courtesy of the father-in-law) I watched my 5 year old daughter (Unity) fall madly in love with a very dishy waiter who treated her very eloquently and who coped with her outrageously flirtatious behaviour in a charming manner. I realise how love manifests in truly divine ways

Item 2...It's amazing how much influence an 80 year old Tibetan monk can have on my older daughter Isobel...who was before lunch was running around the shrine room at Samye Ling on Thursday afternoon in the mist like a headless chicken on ice oblivious to the presence of 1000 buddhas around her but who with just a stern look and a thumbs up-post-Ngondro-didn't we do well to just hold the posture-smile blessed her ageless fiery dragon nature into submission (in a way I cannot!!).

Item 3 Europe is falling apart at the seams and you guys don't even notice...

Item 4 Fucking hell I can't escape Coldplay (and thus Kev in AZ)!  

It em 5 I'm bemused by David's remark about missing Kent and his opinions...who is and isn't Green Mtn...kinda like saying you miss the flu...nostalgia David??...

Item 6 I've been wondering is there any Islamic group that has apologised for the disgraceful treatment of Buddhism that happened in Afghanistan during the Taliban regime...and wondering where the fuck people like EEE were when all this was going on...tell me EEE what does Imran Khan and all the other great thinkers in the Islamic world say on these disgraceful religious intolerances...as we say in Europe a bientot...
