regardless of whether he actually committed the crimes for which he was charged, this whole he was "found not guilty" is a bunch of crap, it's a silly game of semantics . . .  you could just as easily say our system of criminal law is predicated on the concept of "innocent until proven guilty", he wasn't proven guilty, so he's innocent . . . it's a moot point, we all know many people guilty of crimes get away with it and many who are innocent still end up convicted . . .
