There are a bunch of good musical venues in Baltimore. Give me a shout. If I can get free we can hang for a bit. Ottobar usually has good bands, and Recher Theatre (they have a website) in Towson (not too far, but would require a cab ride) has fabulous acts.
I know the area pretty well. There's usually something decent going on any night of the week, or weekends.
