He's in Pakistan along the Afghan border area of South Waziristan. There have been 48 clashes between Pakistani forces and al Qaeda militants resulting in some 250 deaths of Pakistani troops. The US is now concentrating on a media campaign in the region, offering a $25 million reward for his capture. No takers so far.
Goss is basically saying that unless Pakistan allows our troops in, we can't go in.
