Pat, the majority on the Supreme Court have been appointed by REPUBLICAN presidents, not Democrats.
Your either not paying attention or not too bright there Eric. Just because they were appointed by REPULICAN presidents does not make them conservatives. How they got in is beyond me. Probably because being the House and Senate where controlled by Democrats.
